The Culinary Life Skills Excelerator helps young adults build real skills in the kitchen at home and beyond. Get paid hands-on kitchen training, where you’ll learn essential techniques like knife skills, food handling, and safety.
The application for the Spring 2027 cohort will open in December 2026.

Participants in this program are compensated for their time and will be considered temporary employees of Connected Lane County. Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
The Spring 2027 Culinary Excelerator will run from March 1, 2027, through March 12, 2027. The training will take place Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The application will open December 21, 2026, and close January 11, 2027.
