Excelerators help young adults prepare for in-demand careers through hands-on training, industry-recognized credentials, and paid work experiences.

Designed for young adults ready for the next step, each Excelerator combines technical training, professional development, career exploration, and real-world experience. Participants build practical skills, make industry connections, and gain the confidence to move into education, training, or employment.

Our first Excelerator launched in 2023, and they continue to evolve based on the needs and interests of young people in our community.
Paid Opportunity
Connected Lane County believes young people’s time and contributions have value. Participants in this program are compensated for their time and will be considered temporary employees of Connected Lane County. Compensation details are shared during the application process and outlined during onboarding.
