Job Shadows
Job Shadows connect youth with local professionals and workplaces.
Participants learn what a typical day looks like, ask questions, and explore a career path. In preparation for a Job Shadow, the Elevate team provides workplace prep before and a career coaching session after.

A Job Shadow can help youth decide if a career is right for them or introduce them to new options they haven’t considered. Either way, youth leave with new skills, knowledge, and connections.
