HealthBeat is a three-day, hands-on experience where young people explore careers in the healthcare industry through facility tours, conversations with professionals, and real-world learning.

Participants also earn CPR/First Aid certification through the American Red Cross.

Paid Opportunity
Connected Lane County believes young people’s time and contributions have value. Participants receive a stipend for Days 1 and 2 of the experience, based on attendance. Day 3 includes free CPR/First Aid certification training and is not stipend-eligible. Compensation details are shared during the application process and outlined during onboarding.
