Hiring Fair
Explore local job opportunities with Connected Lane County’s Hiring Fair! This is the perfect platform for young job seekers to network with local employers eager to interview and hire them!
This event is open to graduating seniors and other individuals ages 16-24, regardless of school enrollment status.
Participation is free for job seekers. Industries pay a $50 booth fee upon approval.
Event Details
Thursday, May 6, 2027 - Save the Date!
9:00 am - 2:30 pm
There will be three sessions held throughout the day where participants can talk to local organizations and employers, get resume help, and practice their interview skills.
The last session will be reserved for youth who will benefit from a ‘sensory safe’ experience. We will limit the number of attendees, lower the lights, and reserve a room for those who need a quiet space.

If you are a Lane County business with open entry-level positions, you can apply to host a booth! The Hiring Fair is designed to help connect graduating seniors and other young people with local, full-time and part-time employment. Don't miss this chance to connect with the incoming workforce!
The booth application opens in spring 2027 for local businesses with open entry-level positions. There is a $50 booth fee once approved.
